As 3D Lead Artist at BOND, I was responsible for managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of 3D artists to deliver high-quality visual assets across a wide range of major entertainment and gaming clients, including Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Warner Bros., 2K, EA, and Activision.

My role encompassed task assignment, setting and managing deadlines, ensuring a balanced and efficient workload, and resolving technical and artistic challenges within the 3D production pipeline. I collaborated closely with project managers, creative leads, and clients to plan, execute, and deliver final assets that met the highest standards.

A key part of my role was ensuring that our 3D work seamlessly matched the visual style and tone of each client's brand—whether that meant emulating the stylized charm of Pixar or the gritty realism of AAA game franchises.
